About the Sanctuary
Sanctuary Within is born of a lifetime of searching outside of myself for peace, validation, and comfort, and the realization that while some of that can come from outside of us, true peace, validation, and comfort are only sustainable when sourced from within.
The sanctuary we seek already lives inside us. The journey through pain and through joy can only be realized from within. We each have a story, a truth that only we can know and honor.
My mission is to inspire, which means to breathe into. When we breathe life into our essence and authenticity we stand sovereign in who we are in a journey back to the Self and inner sanctuary.
I hope Sanctuary Within becomes a resting place; a space to pause, receive inspiration, and access the healing you need in this moment in time.
I am trained as a transpersonal and holistic therapist and expressive arts facilitator, shaped equally by my own journey of spiritual and evolutionary growth. I am an animal lover, a lover of trees and all of Mother Earth, and a believer in the all-ness of all things and the natural connection we share with the divine presence of light and love, around us and within us. I am also a Virgo and therefore strive to bring inspiration to a grounded reality in which to live by. I am here, walking the journey with you in my own evolution.
